• Compensation: We pay a competitive base salary commensurate to the function. We also have an employee profit sharing plan, depending on the achievement of the company objectives, team objectives and individually agreed annual objectives.
• Occupational pension fund: With our occupational pension fund (BVG) solution, employees can flexibly determine their pension contributions. Our elective plan structure lets you choose between a "Standard Plan" and a "Plus Plan" allowing higher savings contributions from you and from us. As the employer, we pay 55% of the total contribution.
• Social security: The pension fund pays generous pension benefits. Our personal insurance schemes also offer attractive benefits, e.g. global accident cover.
• Training and further education: In our dynamic environment it is particularly important to continuously engage in further training and to implement the acquired knowledge in our daily work. Constant learning is important to us and, depending on the course, we pay a considerable share of the cost of further education.
