The operators of the La Manufacture gourmet burger restaurant will be taking ownership of the space at Binningerstrasse 15 as of 1st June 2021. The usage concept comprises a combination of production facilities, a traditional restaurant business, and a takeaway facility.
A well-known tenant has been found for the hospitality space at Binningerstrasse 15 in Basle. The La Manufacture restaurant at Hochstrasse 56 in Basle has been a tenant in SF Urban Properties Ltd's (SFUP) portfolio for several years. The operators (brothers Gael and Lucas Di Giusto, and their business partner Loic Vrignaud) were able to significantly build up their delivery business last year. The young entrepreneurs will take over the space, which they will mainly use for production, on 1st June 2021. The new location will also offer a takeaway service including Demeter-standard burgers. A small-scale, traditional restaurant concept will also be introduced.
This letting is a great bonus for SFUP’s portfolio, particularly against the backdrop of the pandemic. The lease agreement has a term of five years, with an option to extend for another five years.
